After purchasing of PVD software the final buyer has questions concerning the correct usage and possibility to fulfill tasks that are consider to be specific for every project.
In PVDLab for solving of mentioned above questions there is a support group responsible for fulfilling of the next tasks:
- Maintenance of the initial installation and configuration of the systems.
- Support of the system while developing and using of projects.
- Realization of different works on servers of clients.
- Updating of software versions.
The initial level of support (free-of-charge) includes up to 10 business hours of PVDLab employees totally on any of the following support channels:
- Consultation by the closed forum for clients.
- Consultation by phone.
- Consultation by Email.
- Consultation by means of direct dialogue (the Chat, ICQ).
Realization of single works (integration of foreign databases, creation of resources or their parts on systems of clients etc.) is estimated individually.
All works are carried out from 10 o'clock till 18 o'clock Moscow time per working days. As agreed with the client some works may be carried out in other time.

The order of realization of consultations and works.
All contacts are carried out with the help of a certain PVDLab employee who is responsible for contacting the clients. The employee processes all entering requests of the clients and distributes them between other PVDLab employees.
For realization of some works on the server of the client there should be given an access to it. Access is given under the standard application of access granting which is sent by the employee responsible for communication with clients.
